Stuffed celery sticks
Yield: 14 Appetizers
Ingredients:
- 7 md Stalks celery
- 2 oz Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c Finely chopped fully cooked -smoked ham
- 1/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
Instructions:
Cut celery into 3-inch pieces (make sure celery is completely dry). Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 tb in each piece of celery. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. About 14 appetizers; 65 calories per appetizer. Source: Betty Crockers Cookbook 6th Edition
