Spinach roman style
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Washed spinach
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 tb Lard or bacon drippings
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 tb Shelled pine nuts
- 1 tb Raisins Cook Spinach in 1 cup water
- 5 minutes and drain well. Melt leaf lard
Instructions:
