Spinach-squash crockpot soup

1 pk Frozen spinich
1 sm Yellow squash diced
1/2 sm Onion minced
2 Carrots diced
4 Cloves garlic minced
6 oz Can V8
1/2 c Navy beans
4 c Water
1 ts Salt
