Spinach-squash crockpot soup

Ingredients:
- 1 pk Frozen spinich
- 1 sm Yellow squash diced
- 1/2 sm Onion minced
- 2 Carrots diced
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 6 oz Can V8
- 1/2 c Navy beans
- 4 c Water
- 1 ts Salt
Instructions:
I just thru it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day.
