Spaghetti squash on tomato sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Spaghetti Squash
- 1 cn Diced Italian Tomatoes
Instructions:
Bake squash in tray and about 1/2 inch of water at about 350F until soft and stringy. Scoop squash contents into plastic lunch box. Dump one can of Italian Tomatoes on top. DO NOT MIX! At work: Mix and nuke for 3 minutes on HIGH.
