Sos in white sauce
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground chuck
- 6 c Milk
- 4 Butter or margarine
- 1/2 c Flour
- 4 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a skillet brown ground chuck. Drain. 2. Add butter salt pepper and milk. Stir. 3. In a separate container mix water with the flour until a thick paste is made. 4. When the milk in the skillet gets warm almost to a boil slowly add flour paste until the mixture thickens to the desired constancy. 5. Serve over toast bread waffles or muffins.
