Shrimp scampi dnsr31a
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ea Garlic clove crushed
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 2 tb Parsley chopped
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- 1/4 c Oil
- 1 lb Shrimp large peel & devein
- 1 x Rice
Instructions:
cooked hot Combine garlic salt mustard pepper parsley lemon juice and oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Broil brushing with marinade 4 inches from heat until done. Serve with rice. From "A Taste of Indiana" formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
