Sandy's fresh basil dressing
Yield: 1 Cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C. oil either olive or canola 1/2 C. rice vinegar 1/4 C. fresh Basil leaves 1 tsp. honey 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Blend quickly in blender or food processor. Store in glass jar refrigerating several hours to blend flavors. Shake well before using.
