Pumpkin bread
Yield: 16 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tb Yeast
- 1/2 c Wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c Bread flour
- 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 ts Lemon peel grated
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 3/8 c Sugar
- 1/4 c Pumpkin canned
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tb Butter
- 1/2 c Orange juice
- 1/4 c Water
Instructions:
warm Umm I used the 1 lb size and it rose to the top of the pan! Had to add flour but I always do!
