Poultry flavoring mix

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 c Nutritional yeast flakes
• 1 tb Salt
• 1/2 ts Ginger
• 1/2 ts Turmeric
• 1 ts Black pepper
• 1 ts Marjoram
• 1 ts Tarragon
• 1 ts Paprika
• 1 ts Rosemary
• 2 ts Sage
• 2 ts Celery seed
• 2 ts Thyme
• 2 ts Garlic powder
• 2 ts Onion powder

Instructions:

Pulverize in a blender and store in a cool place. For gravy buzz ~1 Tb. flavor mix and ~1 Tb. flour per 3 - 4 fl.oz. water in a blender depending on desired thickness. Simmer or microwave stirring periodically until thickened. Thin with water as desired. Good broth base -- make a veggie chickenless soup or gravy with this. Recipe By :
