Pasta with green beans~ potatoes & pesto
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 TB walnut oil
- 1/2 c toasted walnuts
- 1/2 lb green beans -- blanched : Salt and pepper
- 2 Yukon gold potatoes -- : peeled and parboiled
- 1 lb penne or fusilli -- cooked : Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 3/4 c pesto
Instructions:
