Pasta sauce with lemon & garlic
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ts Olive oil
- 2 Cloves garlic -- minced
- 1/2 c Dry white wine
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1 c Tomatoes -- stewed
- 1/4 c Basil
- 2 tb Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
Instructions:
In a skillet heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender. Remove from heat and pour wine. Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes basil Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Serve over cooked pasta.
