Instructions:

Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper -- (LOTS of pepper!) Bring to a boil then reduce heat and cover and simmer for an hour or so. Then add: 2 cups of "salad macaroni" and more water if necessary and simmer until the pasta is done (about 15 minutes). Serve with crusty french bread and the wine of your choice. Comfort food!!
