Lasagna (rob)
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 1/4 lb Cottage cheese (dry)
- 1/2 c Parmesian cheese
- 2 cn Tomato sauce
- 1 ts Italian seasoning
- 8 oz Lasagna
- 2 c Mozzarella (grated) ~ Brown the ground beef and drain. ~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~ simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased
- 9x13 inch baking pan. ~ Top with 1/3 of the meat sauce
- 1/3 of the mozzarella
- 1/3 of the cottage cheese. ~ Repeat the layering until
