Ingredients:
- 1 Deep dish frozen pie crust
- 5 lg Eggs
- 1/2 c Ricotta
- 1/2 c Grated cheese
- 3 Sausage links (skinned
Instructions:
-cooked and drained well) Salt and pepper to taste Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
