Double-boiler polenta with gorgonzola+
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Recipe Double-Boiler Polenta
- 2 tb Unsalted butter softened
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese in 4
Instructions:
-1 oz. slices Prepare Double Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter. Divide polenta among four bowls. Top each with a slice of cheese. Serve immediately. Jan/Feb 95 issue of Cook's magazine.
