Creamy italian toss

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 (7 oz) package Creamettes -Spaghetti (if desired -break into thirds)
• 1 1/4 c Mayonnaise
• 3 tb Wine vinegar
• 1 tb Prepared mustard
• 1 tb Finely chopped parsley
• 1 Clove garlic minced
• 1 c Chopped tomatoes
• 1 c Fresh sliced mushrooms
• 1 c Thinly sliced zucchini
• 1 c Thinly sliced pepperoni (4 -oz)
• 1/2 c Chopped green pepper
• 1/4 c Chopped onion

Instructions:

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse and drain in cold water. In a small bowl stir together next 5 ingredients. Set aside. In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Add dressing toss well to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours. 4-6 servings.
