Stuffed lamb chops
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 tb Lamb chops thick
- 4 tb Butter
- 1 ea Garlic clove minced
- 2 tb Parsley chopped
- 1 ds Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
Instructions:
Make a pocket in the thickest part of the chop. Cream remaining ingredients add salt and pepper to taste. Insert mixture in pocket; secure chops with tooth picks. Broil 8 minutes for rare 14 minutes for medium rare 18 minutes for medium. Variations: Omit parsley add tarragon or rosemary.
