Cranachan
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 tb Medium oatmeal lightly -toasted
- 2 c Whipping cream -a little (heather) honey -to taste
- 2 tb (or more!
) malt whisky -(Drambuie may be -substituted) - 2 c Raspberries
Instructions:
Whip the cream until frothy adding honey and whisky. Fold in the toasted cooled oatmeal. Place some fruit in the bottom of tall glasses layer in the cream repeating and finishing with the cream on top. Decorate with a single piece of fruit.
