Ingredients:

• 1/2 c Butter
• 1 c Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 3/4 c Sifted flour
• 1/4 ts Salt
• 3 ts Baking powder
• 3/4 c Milk

Instructions:

Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and stir in. Sift together flour salt and baking powder. Add alternately with milk. Bake in a 9 x 9" pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
