Ham-filled mushroom caps
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Cured ham finely diced
- 2 ea Cl Garlic minced
- 2 tb Parsley minced
- 1/2 ea Dried red chili pepper seed
- 1 x 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pep
- 2 ts Fruity olive oil
- 12 ea Medium mushroom caps
Instructions:
brushe In a bowl mix together the ham garlic parsley chili pepper and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead] and bake at 350ø F for 15 minutes. (Champi¤ones Rellenos De Jamon).
