Pork steak & veggies
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 5 ea Pork steaks or pork chops
- 1 cn Mushroom soup
- 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 ea Green bell pepper -- Chopped
- 1 md Onion -- chopped
- 1 sm Can mushrooms
Instructions:
Brown meat in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place meat in a roasting pan. Put vegetables bell pepper onion and mushrooms on top of meat. Last put mushroom soup over top. Cover roasting pan and bake at 375 F for 1 hour or until tender. Good served with boiled potatoes or rice. Recipe By : Donna Arndt
