Peanut butter fudge (austin)
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Peanut butter
- 1/2 c Soft butter or margarine
- 1/2 c Light corn syrup
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 4 c Sifted confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 c Chopped peanuts
Instructions:
or other -nuts Servings: 2 pounds DIRECTIONS: Mix well: peanut butter butter corn syrup vanilla and salt. Gradually stir in sugar. Knead until smooth. Gradually add nuts. Pack into an 8x8x2" pan.
