Pecan meringues
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c pecans -- chopped
- 1 TB flour
- 1 TB corn starch
- 2 lg egg whites : pn salt
- 1 c light brown sugar -- packed
Instructions:
Chop the nut medium fine. Mix the nuts flour and cornstarch in a small bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff adding sugar gradually. Fold in the flour/nut mixture.
