Nut potato patties
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c ground nuts
- 1 c mashed potatoes
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T brewer's yeast
- 1 c boiling water
- 1/2 c oatmeal dry Stir oats into water and cook until thick. Add to above and mix. Mix
- 1/2 c whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup brewer's yeast for a breading
