Kohl's carrot cake #1
Yield: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 c Flour
- 2 ts Baking powder
- 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
- 2 ts Cinnamon
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Chopped pecans
- 2 c Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c Wesson oil
- 2 c Grated carrots
- 1 sm Can crushed pineapple
Instructions:
-drained Sift together: Flour baking powder baking soda cinnamon & salt. Mix together: Oil sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients gradually. Add carrots pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased oblong cake pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 30-35 minutes. Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
