Brownies #2
Yield: 16 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Cocoa
- 1/4 c Butter or shortening
- 1/4 c Applesauce
- 2 tb Sweet*10 liquid
- 2 tb Vanilla
- 2 Eggs beaten or substitute
- 1 c Flour
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
- 1/4 c Nuts; chopped
Instructions:
Recipe by: Alice Broaddus < a.broaddus@genie.geis.com > Sift cocoa flour salt and baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla sweetener eggs. Stir until well-blended and add the dry ingredients. Mix until well-blended stir in chopped nuts pour into a greased 8" square pan. Level batter smoothly. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into 16 squares.
