Winky dink mirzen
Yield: 50 Servings
Ingredients:
- 7 lb Malt Extract Syrup-Light; -Bierkeller (German)
- 1/2 lb Crystal Malt
- 1/2 c Chocolate Malt
- 2 oz Hallertauer Hops; boiling
- 1/2 oz Hallertauer Hops; finishing
- 1 pk Lager yeast
- 3/4 c Corn sugar; bottling
Instructions:
Add chocolate and crystal malts to 1.5 gal of cold water and bring to a boil. Remove grains when boiling starts. Add malt extract and boiling hops and boil 45-60 min. Add finishing hops during final 2-5 min. Sparge and pitch when cool. Bottle when ready.
