Whitefish fillets
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb White fish fillets
- 1 tb Lemon juice Salt & pepper
- 2 Shallots thin slice OR
- 4 Scallons thin slice
- 1/2 c Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c Cheese
Instructions:
grated White wine Moisten fish with lemon juice (sprinkle on). Toss. Place in a shallow dish (buttered). Add salt & peppper cover with shallots crumbs cheese. Dot with butter. Pour on wine to about 1/3 way up fish. Bake uncovered at 450 for 25 min. until opaque
