Transylvanian stew

Ingredients:
- 6 Cloves garlic
- 1 lg Onion.
- 3 tb Paprika (preferably Szego)
- 1 tb Hot paprika - -
- 2 lb Chicken (amount not -critical)
- 2 Chicken boullion cubes -(optional)
- 2 lb Sauerkraut
- 4 Potatoes peeled and chunked
Instructions:
-(raw) -(or more paprika + a shot -of tabasco or -other heat) Chop garlic and onion. PAM and heat stew pot add garlic and then onion. Add paprika When onions cooked add chicken (1-2 lbs) Add juice from Sauerkraut and enough water to mostly cover the chicken (2 cups) After simmering for 20 minutes pull out chicken & remove bones. (Alternatively use boneless chicken or turkey) Add boullion cubes Add sauerkraut & potatoes Cook for another hour or two.
