- 4 c TURKEY CUT UP
- 1/2 ts ACCENT OPTIONAL
- 2 tb LEMON JUICE
- 3/4 c MAYONNAISE
- 1 ts SALT
- 1 ts WHITE PEPPER
- 1 c CHOPPED CELERY
- 4 ea HARD BOILED EGGS CHOPPED
- 3/4 c CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 cn
- 1/4 ts ONION POWDER
- 2/3 c SLIVERED ALMONDS
- 1 c SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 1/2 c CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS
Instructions:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS IN A CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS. BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
