Those good potatoes
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 md potatoes cooked til tender : & sliced thin
- 1 lg onion sliced thin
- 1 green pepper sliced thin
- 1 sm jar Pimentoes
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 cn cream of chicken soup
- 1 ts salt and pepper
- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
: shredded Mix sour cream and soup in 2 qt. casserole or 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Mix in everything else saving 1 egg and crumbs for topping. Bake 350 oven for 30 min.
