Orange honey syrup - country living
Yield: 1 Cup
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Honey (preferably orange -blossom honey)
- 1 ts Butter
- 1 tb Grated orange rind
- 1/4 c Orange juice
- 1 ts Orange extract
Instructions:
1. In 1-quart saucepan heat honey and butter just until bub- bly. Remove from heat and stir in orange rind orange juice and the orange extract. 2. Pour into a jar or container. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Reheat to serve warm. Country Living/Dec/90 Scanned & fixed by DP and GG
