Mushroom fat-free dressing
Yield: 1 Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 c Fat-Free Dressing
- 1/2 c Red wine
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tb Sugar
- 2 ea Garlic cloves
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 c Water
Instructions:
Combine mushrooms and dressing in a skillet and cook until mushrooms are just tender about 5 minutes. Dressing Combine vinegar and salt; stir until salt is completely dissolved.
