Lisa's kraut rye bread
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c White flour
- 1 c Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
- 1 tb Yeast
- 4 tb Gluten Flour
- 4 tb Sugar
- 2 1/2 tb Dry milk
- 2 tb Veg. oil
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Sauerkraut;put in strainer -pushing with back of spoon -to drain; chop fine;loosely -packed
- 1 1/4 c Water; warmed
Instructions:
Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions. Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
