Meat-ze-pie dot bartlett

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2/3 c Evaporated milk; 6 oz
- 1/2 c Bread crumbs
- 1/2 ts Garlic powder; salt
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/3 c Tomato paste; or katsup
- 2 oz Mushrooms;sliced opt.
- 1 c Cheddar cheese;sharp shred
- 1/4 ts Oregano
- 2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
- 1/2 pk Pepperoni; opt
Instructions:
DIRECTIONS ~------------------------------------------------------ ~--- Combine ground meat with milk bread crumbs and garlic. Press into shape of pie plate (9 in) Spread tomato paste over meat . (optional place pepperoni over this) Top with cheddar cheese (or mottzerella) sprinkle with oregano then parmesan cheese. bake at 375 for about 25 min.
