Rocky road cookies

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Margarine or butter
- 1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Chopped nuts
- 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 ea Eggs
- 48 ea Miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat margarine and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips in 1 qt. saucepan over low heat stirring frequently until melted; remove from heat and cool. Mix remaining chocolate chips the melted chocolate mixture and remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press 1 marshmallow in center of each Bake about 8 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cook on wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
