Scotch krispies
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c Peanut butter
- 3 c Oven toasted rice cereal
Instructions:
Melt over hot water chips and peanut butter. Stir til morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer butterscotch mixture to large bowl. Add cereal; mix well. Press mixture into aluminum foil lined 9-in square pan. Chill 1 hr. or til firm.
