Naturist's pumpkin custard
Yield: 1 Batch
Ingredients:
- 1 qt Milk
- 1/2 c Honey
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c Cooked
Instructions:
mashed pumpkin Beat the eggs and milk together. Beat in rest of ingredients. Butter casserole dish and add mixture. Bake in a pan of hot water at 350F. for about 1 1/2 hours (until knife inserted in middle comes out clean).
