Rio grande dressing
Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and -Green Chilies (10 oz)
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 2 ts Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 ts Minced garlic
- 1 ts Ground black pepper
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Pulse on/off for 30 seconds or until thoroughly blended. Dressing is best when used the same day. Makes about 1 3/4 cup dressing.
