Orange-kissed beets

Yield: 2 Servings Fro

Ingredients:

• 1/3 c Orange juice
• 2 tb Light brown sugar
• 1 tb Margarine
• 1/2 ts Cornstarch
• 1/8 ts Ground ginger
• 1/8 ts Salt
• 1/8 ts Pepper
• 1 cn 8-1/4 oz sliced beets Drained
• 1 ts Golden raisins

Instructions:

Strips of orange peel In a saucepan over medium heat cook and stir orange juice brown sugar margarine cornstarch ginger salt and pepper until thick. Add the beets and raisins heat through. Garnish with orange peel.
