Tostadas de frijol (bean tostadas)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Beans black; cooked very -thick
- 8 oz Cream cheese; cubed
- 12 ea Tostadas small
- 1 lg Onions; minced
- 1 lg Avocado; cut in strips
- 1 ea Chile
Instructions:
chipotle; cut in -strips Heat the beans with the cream cheese but do not allow the mixture to boil as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a layer of the mixture on the tostadas followed by a layer of onion avocado and chile. MM and upload by DonW1948@aol.com / CBMC
