Tomato & fresh coriander vinagrette

Ingredients:

• 4 md ripe tomatoes -- seeded and : diced
• 4 TB red onion -- finely minced
• 3 TB fresh coriander or fresh : basil
• 6 TB olive oil : juice of two limes
• 1 md garlic clove -- peeled and : mashed
• 2 ts jalapeno -- minced

Instructions:
