Tomato & fresh coriander vinaigrette
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 md ripe tomatoes -- seeded and : diced
- 4 TB red onion -- finely minced
- 3 TB fresh coriander or fresh : basil
- 6 TB olive oil : juice of two limes
- 1 md garlic clove -- peeled and : mashed
- 2 ts jalapeno -- minced
Instructions:
