Tomato salsa
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 c Diced ripe tomatoes 2 ea Scallions chopped
- 4 oz Can mild green chiles drain 1 ea Or 2 jalapeno peppers chop
- 1 tb Chopped cilantro or parsley 1/2 ea Juice of lemon
- 1 ts Ground cumin 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. Pulse on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
