Radish and cilantro relish
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Radishes Thinly Sliced 2 tb Fresh Cilantro Fine Snipped
- 1/2 c Onion Chopped 2 tb Vegetable Oil
- 3 tb Orange Juice 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 tb Lime Juice 1/8 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Freshly Ground Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
