Ingredients:
- 3 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Red wine vinegar
- 4 Medium size yellow squash
Instructions:
Salt/crse grnd black pepper Slice squash lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Dip squash in oil and vinegar; season with salt and generously with pepper; grill 5 to 7 minutes covered. Use barbeque basket if available. From Chuck Ozburn.
