Pepper beef kabobs
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin Steak ( 1 Inch Thick)
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tb Water
- 2 ts Dijon Mustard
- 1 ts Honey
- 1/2 ts Dried Oregano
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 md Green Yellow Or Red Bell Pepper -- cut into 1 inch
- 8 lg Mushrooms
Instructions:
Cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Whisk together oil lemon juice water mustard honey oregano and pepper in large bowl; add beef bell pepper and mushrooms stirring to coat. Alternately thread pieces of beef bell pepper and nushrooms on each of 4 12-inch skewers. Place kebabs on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 9 to 12 minutes for rare to medium turning occasionally. Season with salt if desired. Kababs may also be grilled over medium coals for 8 to 11 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
