Penne pasta with tuna
Yield: 1 Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cn (7 oz) tuna; drained -- optional
- 1/2 c Walnuts
- 1 Lemon's rind
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c Chopped parsley
- 4 Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 lb Penne pasta
Instructions:
Put tuna walnuts lemon rind Worcestershire sauce parsley basil oil salt and pepper into a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture coating pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
