Peggy's mom's chocolate cake

Yield: 1 Cake

Ingredients:

2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Oil
2 x Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Water
1) Sift sugar

Instructions:
