Peggy's mom's chocolate cake
Yield: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 c Flour
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c Cocoa
- 2 ts Baking Soda
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/3 c Oil
- 2 x Eggs
- 2 ts Vanilla
- 2 c Water
- 1) Sift sugar
Instructions:
