Peas continental
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Butter
- 1 c Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 c Onions minced
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 pn Pepper
- 1/4 ts Nutmeg
- 1/8 ts Marjoram dried
- 2 tb Sherry
- 2 c Peas
Instructions:
cooked Heat butter in skillet. Saute' mushrooms and onions about 5 minutes; or till tender. Add salt and pepper nutmeg marjoram sherry then peas.
